Before taking me to the airport for my flight back to Los Angeles, I got a personal tour of Chattanooga!
So grateful to go on a #JoyRide with my dear friend Heather Shaw Dendy and learn all about the beautiful city of Chattanooga.
This was one of the best weekends I’ve experienced on my #JoyfulLivingProject tour and I can’t thank her enough for her kindness, generosity, hospitality, and being such a #JoyMaker and #JoyAmbassador
Joy Mission Accomplished!
This past weekend has been one of the most joyful experiences I’ve had on this journey.
My dear friend and #JoyAmbassador Heather Shaw Dendy invited me to come to Chattanooga, TN to surprise and celebrate two incredible #JoyMakers Candace Imsand and Kyle House with a gift of gratitude and love from those they have impacted.
After a long day of conferences in Los Angeles, I hopped on a red-eye flight to Tennessee Thursday night. The following day at the Southern Bend Foundation Yoga and Fitness Festival to raise money for children’s organ transplants. We surprised Kyle and Candace Giles Imsand with a special video of people sharing their love, impact, and appreciation for each of them. The look on their faces was priceless.
This part of a special series I am creating is called Thank’d. It’s modeled after that show called Punk’d, but instead of practical jokes, we surprise deserving #JoyMakers, community leaders, and ordinary people who give, care, and love others with a special surprise gift of heartfelt appreciation.
I invite you to watch this video to experience these moments of joy.
So grateful for this opportunity to connect with an amazing, heart-centered community here. Thank you, Heather, for your kindness, generosity, and being such a #JoyMaker yourself!

#JoyfuIJoe saw this sign in the men’s room at a restaurant in Tennessee. Haha!
What do you suppose it means?
