The Joy of Taking a Break

Sometimes we forget that joy and self-care can be as simple as visiting our favorite coffee shop.

Sitting there with a book, listening to music, or writing our thoughts and dreams in our journals can be just as healing and grounding during these busy times.

Perhaps its 15-minutes or an hour.  A coffee break just for yourself can help reset and ground you for the rest of the day.

I invite you to take some time this week and be fully present with yourself at your favorite café.

It’s the little things that can bring us joy.
