I took a trip out to the Oregon Coast with my friend Michelle and visited the Tillamook Creamery.
We had so much fun following the antics of #joyfulJoe!

Just in case you forget #JoyfulJoe wants to remind you to smile today!
It’s such an easy gift and good for your health too! Check out the 15 Health Benefits of Smiling:
Most of all, it brings you and others an instant moment of joy!
How many smiles will you commit to giving today?
#JoyfulJoe challenges you to give one in the next 15 minutes and share in the comments below who you gave the smile to. Yourself counts too!

Want to feel more joy and connection right now? Give more smiles! 😊
On my hike this morning, I started smiling at everyone I passes…No, not the creepy smile 🤪, but a genuine, “hello, so nice to see you”
There was no attachment or hoping the smile back. The smile was my gift to me and them. And if they are ready to receive it, then bonus!
It’s so easy to just look away or pretend we don’t see the person approaching us. Yup, I’ve been doing this.
But when we take a moment to acknowledge them, what a gift to be “seen”.
I felt my spirit lift within 5 smiles.
This got me thinking, what if I started tracking the smiles I “gave”? So I downloaded this counter app.
Robin S. Sharma Quote: “What you focus on grows, what you think about expands, and what you dwell upon determines your destiny.”
If joy and connection is what we desire, why not focus on moments that can expand that.
Starting today, I’m going to challenge myself to give smiles and track them for the next 7 days.
My goal is to give at least 10 a day! Dogs count, babies count…and even if people don’t look at me when I give them a smile, that counts too!
Who wants to join me in this 7 Day Give Smiles Challenge?
I’ll let you know how it turns out next week
