Even though I am officially a traveler now without a home base, I will continue to take my joy of cooking and sharing wherever I go.
Last night my sister and her family got in around 3 am from their family vacation to Hawaii. They have so generously let me stay in their home while they were gone.
As an appreciation for their kindness, I made both breakfast and lunch for them. Having traveled, I know how exhausting it can be and to receive a home-cooked meal is one of the most joyful things to experience.
So for those of you who have been following me and my food adventures over the years, you know how I’m pretty good in the kitchen.
As I am visiting your city on my 18-month #JoyfulLivingProject tour across America, invite me to stay with you and I will treat you to one of my joyful culinary creations. cooking
San Francisco bound in 10 days!!!
I went on a night bridge walk with my good friend Yasmin. Crazy enough, I've never walked over the Broadway Bridge, one of Portland's 12 bridges. And we did something I've never done before...we did squats on the bridge! Yasmin agreed to do the 30 day squat challenge so we decided to start it on the middle of the bridge walk.
