Releasing Attachment

Embracing the Fog and letting go of attachments to how things are supposed to be to allow how they are meant to be. This opens the path to joy and rediscovering our connection to ourselves and what we most desire.

The Joy of Being at the Ocean

Those who have been following me for a while know that one of the most joyful experiences for me is capturing the beauty of the coast.

Earlier today, it was foggy. However as the sun came up, the fog cleared out.

On this gorgeous afternoon, I took a quick drive along the coast just south of San Francisco. Each stop was simply magical.

What brings me the most joy is being fully present to witness the beauty of nature where light meets water meets earth meets air.

Each photo I take is a reminder and opportunity to inspire others.

This is pure joy watching this 90-year-old went to the beach for the very first time.

The Joy of a Date with Yourself

It’s been such an incredible week with my dear friend Jennifer Gibbings who is an amazing host, #JoyMaker, and adventurer.

This past weekend, as we drove down the coast to Half Moon Bay, she pointed out a popular restaurant known for its chowder. Cars were lined up all up and down the street to go to this place.

Excited to check it out, I took myself out on a date this evening for a nice meal since my friend was away.

Wow! The New England clam chowder and the lobster roll were to die for! So much joy!!

And to top it off, I got a table outside with a view.

What experiences can you enjoy for yourself?

Hi Yasmin! I hope you are enjoying your travels and bringing joy were you go. I want to thank you. Thank you for your thoughtful conversation and the time you spent with me. It was impactful and helped me understand that change, although a little scary, can make the most positive impact on us as individuals. Yesterday was a big day of change in my career. Thank you for being part of my journey to get here.
