The Joy of Group Discussion

What an incredible afternoon, facilitating and engaging in thoughtful conversations about joy! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to speak and lead a discussion with an amazing group of accomplished leaders to explore ways joy shows up in our lives and what holds us back from experiencing more joy.

I can’t wait to share these insights with you.

Thank you so much #JoyMakers Wilford Welch and Carole for your kindness, generosity, wisdom, and hospitality in hosting this #JoyfulLivingProject discussion.

Thank you Shandy Welch for connecting us!

The Joy of Dressing Up

Sometimes dressing up for an occasion really uplifts our spirits. I was invited to a special lunch meeting today at a private club in San Francisco.

The Joy of Sampling (Not Having to Choose)

I was on my way to walk across the Golden Gate Bridge tonight but realized I was not prepared for the cold, windy temperatures.

So instead, I googled best San Francisco desserts San Francisco’s Hometown Creamery came up. What caught my eye was their ice cream flight.

Ever been in one of those moods where you didn’t want to have to decide, but try everything?

Yup, it was one of those moods and I had such a Joyful experience sampling the following in a flight:

  • Madagascar Vanilla
  • Chocolate Sorbet
  • Pluot ( Plum and Apricot) Sorbet
  • Banoffee (Banana and Toffee)
  • Bread Pudding

This was the first place in SF to make small batch ice cream completely from scratch on-site!
